Cele doua Golf-uri urmate de cate trei litere, si , apar din nou in atentia celor de la si, dupa cum ne asteptam, ies la inaintare cu niste cifre incantatoare.

Cel mai mare accent se pune pe GTI-ul care in ultimul stagiu ajunge la 310cp si 410Nm, adica 40cp in plus fata de Golf-ul R si aceleasi 5,7 secunde pana la 100km/h, dar cu mult mai putini bani. Ok, desigur ca nu avem integrala dar la mare asta ar deveni un avantaj pentru GTI. Suspensia care coboara masina cu 30mm, jantele pe 19″ si franele de 380mm completeaza oferta MTM pentru noul GTI.

GTD-ul primeste si el 205cp cu 380Nm ajungand la 100km/h cu 0,7 secunde mai repede decat stock, adica 7,1 secunde. Aici se mai ofera in plus o evacuare cu 4 tevi pe langa suspensie, jante si frane.
